Shipping Information

At Diamond Trading Cards Collectibles, we take pride in securely packaging and shipping your order. We use sturdy, appropriately sized boxes for each shipment, and all sealed cases are double-boxed to protect your collectibles in transit.

Processing Times

All orders (excluding group breaks, which ship based on the scheduled break date) are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

*Presale items typically ship on the release date, depending on when our inventory is received from the manufacturer.

Order Minimum

We require a minimum purchase of $10. This total includes product, shipping, and any applicable taxes.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $199 shipped within the contiguous United States.

Do you ever offer a lower free shipping threshold?
Yes, we occasionally run promotional offers with a lower minimum. However, $199 is our standard free shipping threshold.

Shipping Methods

Orders under $500 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Standard, or UPS Ground, depending on weight and delivery location.
Orders over $500 typically ship via UPS Ground and may require a signature.

Shipping Rate Calculations

Our shipping rates are pulled directly from carrier systems (USPS and UPS). We do not inflate or modify the pricing shown at checkout. If our actual shipping cost is higher than what you were charged, we cover the difference.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout based on data provided by the selected carrier. These are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors like weather, carrier delays, or regional disruptions. Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays outside our control.

Some services, such as UPS Next Day Air, do offer guaranteed delivery. If your order fails to arrive within the promised window, please contact us at info@diamondtrading.cards, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Signature Requirements

Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery. Final discretion may be determined by the carrier at the time of delivery.

Shipping Address Requirements

  • Credit Card Orders: Shipping address must match your billing address.

  • PayPal Orders: Orders must ship to your confirmed PayPal address.

To protect both our customers and business, we reserve the right to cancel orders where shipping and billing information do not match. If you need to ship to a different address, please contact us in advance at info@diamondtrading.cards.

Managing Your Delivery

We recommend enrolling in these free tools to manage or modify delivery details:

  • UPS My Choice – Waive signatures or redirect to a local UPS facility.

  • My USPS – Add delivery instructions or specify drop-off locations.

International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries. If your location doesn’t appear at checkout, please email us to inquire about availability.

Customs & Brokerage Fees

Shipping charges do not include taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery. We do not undervalue international orders on customs forms—please don’t ask.
