Order Acceptance / Confirmation
Orders submitted through our cart system are subject to review. We may reject or limit any order for any reason. If an order is rejected, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at checkout.
If your card is charged and the order is later canceled, a refund will be issued.
Order Limitations
Diamond Trading Cards Collectibles may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order. This includes orders placed using the same account, credit card, billing, or shipping address. We will notify you if changes are made.
Online Coupons
Only one coupon may be used per order. If two are applied, we will remove the one with lesser value. Coupons must be used before their expiration and are non-refundable, non-replaceable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Payments
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, PayPal®, and Bank Wire Transfer.
Shipping
All orders are subject to product availability and will ship according to our Shipping Policy. Orders will be shipped to the address provided, as long as it meets our shipping criteria. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Despite best efforts, website content may occasionally be inaccurate or out of date. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. We may update pricing, availability, and product details without notice.
Errors on Our Site

Return & Exchange Policy
Trading Card Boxes / Cases / Autographed Memorabilia
All sales of unopened boxes, cases, and certified autographed memorabilia are final.
Apparel
Returns accepted if requested within 48 hours of receipt. Buyer covers return shipping.
Single Cards
Returns or exchanges allowed for condition issues reported within 48 hours.
Insertion Ratios / Game Used & Autos
Ratios are averages and not guaranteed. Quality/content issues should be directed to the manufacturer.

All content, designs, and materials on this website are protected and may not be used without permission. Unauthorized use may violate various laws.
